I hate to do this, but Ubisoft killed this game (and I am not talking about the usual stuff with their Ubisoft Connect). When they removed Multiplayer, they removed a good amount of code that makes parts of the game work. The Desmond missions do not work, the DLC doesn't work, and maybe more. It's been like that for two years (as there is a guide on how to downgrade to readd the files) & I don't think it's ever gonna be properly fixed. Shame too because this game doesn't deserve to be labeled as "do not recommend." Yes, it's not the best game in the AC lineup, but it shouldn't be rated this bad.

"A Ubisoft service is currently unavailable. Please try again later.", and the only fix is to reset the password, every 2 days. Ubisoft launcher has to be the biggest junk of a software in recent years, not to mention you've to type in your password for every new session. The day they remove this stupid launcher for these older games is the day I can say we have truly advanced.

sick game but u gotta log into ubislop bs everytime u launch it on a steam deck, its so annoyin. & u have to change a line in ini file to get any wireless controller to work..its assassins creed who tf is playin this with a keyboard n mouse anyway
