Hi everyone!

Milliopoly hasn’t received the attention it deserves for quite some time, and its current state isn’t quite what I had planned for the final version.

As a solo-dev project, Milliopoly is currently very simple: the UI (which the whole game is based on) is basic, transitions and visuals are minimal, and there aren’t many gameplay options. Some questions also need polishing. Altogether, the game could really benefit from some updates.

Unfortunately, the original project files with the latest update were lost, which is why there haven’t been updates for so long. I had to rebuild the game from scratch, but I’m much happier with the results. I’d like to share a preview, though it’s still a work in progress and will receive more tweaks.

Preview of the upcoming update (planned for 2026):

This update is primarily a visual overhaul, but there’s much more going on behind the scenes. You can expect new modes, improved questions, and a game experience much closer to what I originally envisioned. My hope is that you, the players, will enjoy this direction.

Since I’m working on this alone, I’ll leave the release window as simply 2026 (no exact date yet). Until then, the current version of the game remains fully playable.

Finally, while original plans like adding more languages (such as Italian) aren’t completely off the table, they’re not my priority anymore. For now, my focus is on quality over quantity. I want Milliopoly to be the best experience it can be.
