When I launch the game, it launches to a white screen window that, upon clicking the title bar of the window, says "(not responding)" and never loads the game. Not sure what to do. I don't want to have to refund it because it doesn't work for me, but I can't find anyone else's posts online having the same issue. PLEASE HELP!! ...
